Helpful tools for new parents

I got The First Year Pack for my sister's baby shower and was really impressed. The ordering process was smooth, and it arrived in about 6 days to her place in Seattle. She said the cards are great for understanding what activities to do with a newborn and it's all evidence-based, which she appreciated. The quality of the cards and the box itself felt durable. It looked like a well-thought-out gift. Good support too, I had a question about delivery and their team got back to me fast.

Consistent quality, reliable service

This was my third order from HappyLittlePeople. I first got the Newborn Activity Cards, then the 12-24 Months pack, and this time I ordered the 3-5 Years Activity Cards. Every time, the products have been consistently high quality, and the shipping has been dependable. It usually arrives within a week, which is what I've come to expect. I keep coming back because their products genuinely help with engaging my kids in age-appropriate play. No surprises, just good stuff every time.

My kid likes them

So I bought the 2-3 Years Activity Cards for my little one last month. They were pretty cool. Shipping took maybe a week, which was fine. My kid actually sits down and does some of the activities, which is a win in my book. It's nice to have fresh ideas for playtime instead of just the same old stuff. I'm happy with it, nothing fancy but it works.

Love these activity cards!

I just received my Preschooler Pack and I'm already obsessed! The cards are so vibrant and full of amazing ideas. My little one is going to have so much fun learning and playing with these. I can't wait to try out all the activities. This is going to make playtime so much more engaging and educational. I'm definitely coming back for more things soon!

Great value with bundle

I was looking for some developmental toys and found HappyLittlePeople. I ended up getting a Gift Bundle that included the 12-24 Months Activity Cards and some Wooden Toys. I felt like I got a really good deal, especially with the bundle savings. It made the overall cost much more manageable than buying everything separately. The quality of the wooden toys was excellent, and the activity cards gave me tons of ideas. Definitely felt like I got my money's worth and then some for what I paid.

Hey, I'm looking at getting one of the card packs for my 6-month-old. Are these things actually backed by science or just, like, cute ideas?

E Emma 1 month ago
Yeah, they say on their site that everything is evidence-based and designed by experts. I think they even mention developmental psychologists or something. Felt pretty legit to me.

I've seen some pediatricians mention them positively on Instagram, so that made me feel better. Seems like they're pretty well-regarded in the early childhood development space.

Thinking of buying for a friend's baby shower, but their baby isn't due for a few months. Are the newborn cards actually useful right away?

C Colin 1 month ago
Yes! The newborn cards start right from birth. They have simple things like tummy time positions and visual tracking games. Super helpful for new parents who are clueless on what to 'do' with a newborn.

Definitely. I used them from week one with my son. It's not like intense activities, but more about engaging them gently and knowing what developmental stage they're in. Great gift.

Are the activity cards just physical or can you get them as a PDF or something?

D Dana Okafor 1 month ago
Some of their stuff, like parenting guides or specific activity ideas, comes in digital format. But the main activity card decks are physical cards. I like having the cards in hand, honestly.

You can get some 'digital activity guides' or something, but for the actual packs, it's physical cards. Which makes sense for handing to a parent or even letting older kids pick an activity.

how easy is it to return something if my kid just isn't into it?

A Anna 1 month ago
I haven't personally returned anything, but their policy seems pretty standard. You usually have a certain window, and you'd probably cover shipping back. Best to check their site for the exact details.

Yeah returns were easy, did it last month for a duplicate gift. Just make sure it's in new condition and you're within their timeframe, which I think is 30 days.

Thinking of ordering the Toddler Pack for my nephew in Miami. How long does shipping usually take to Florida?

R Ryan A. 3 weeks ago
Mine took about a week to get to Orlando. I'd budget 5-7 business days probably, just to be safe.

D Dana 3 weeks ago
I think they ship from Australia, so it might take a bit longer than if it was a local US company. My order to Texas was around 8 days.
